As we are ‘All Ears’ all pieces are non-returnable for hygiene.  Exchange/Refund will only be accepted if received damaged.

All damaged items have to be reported within 2 Working days of receiving the package and returned to Ear Pantry within 30 days to qualify for a refund.

All items are to returned via recorded delivery provided for by the customer.
